How do I order my repeat prescriptions?

You can order prescriptions for medicines that you take regularly if your doctor has given you a printed repeat prescription slip. To order your medicines - hand in or post your prescription request slip to the surgery or click on this: Link to request on-line repeat prescription.

Please allow two working days before you need to collect your prescription. If you want your prescription to be posted, please send a stamped addressed envelope with your prescription request slip.

We do not take prescription requests by telephone because of the chance of making a mistake.

Medication Reviews

All patients will have their medicines reviewed regularly and changes may be made. We use a selected list of drugs that are chosen by a local group of experts because they are safe and effective. All the doctors are familiar with how they affect the body, their dosages and side-effects. Our doctors have regular meetings to review new evidence and update their prescribing policy.
